1. On-site templating and precise measurement
2. Remove and haul away old countertops
3. Fabricate granite or quartz slab off-site to template
4. Install and level the new countertop
5. Cut sink and faucet openings
6. Finish and polish seams
7. Seal the surface (granite) or confirm factory seal (quartz)
8. Cleanup and inspection

• Quartz — engineered stone, non-porous, no sealing required
• Sink and faucet cutout templating hardware
• Seam adhesive and color-matched seam kit
