All services are provided based on a written estimate or contract agreed upon by both parties prior to work beginning. The scope of work, timeline, and pricing will be detailed in a separate written agreement for each project.

3. Consultations & Estimates

Paid consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. Free in-home estimates carry no obligation to proceed with services.

4. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins, as outlined in your project agreement.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments made through this website are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

5. Project Changes & Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing by both MrRoyLLC and the client. Change orders may affect the project timeline and total cost.

6. Permits & Compliance

MrRoyLLC will obtain necessary permits for work requiring them under Texas and local San Antonio codes. The client is responsible for providing accurate property information needed to obtain permits.

7. Warranties

MrRoyLLC warrants workmanship for a period specified in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to manufacturer terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

MrRoyLLC's liability is limited to the value of services provided under your project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of MrRoyLLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bexar County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
