Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

MrRoyLLC is committed to being fair and transparent with every client. Please review our cancellation and refund terms before booking or purchasing services.

1. Consultations

Paid Consultations ($150): Consultations are non-refundable once they have taken place. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at MrRoyLLC@gmail.com or (210) 593-8383 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Free Estimates: Free in-home estimates may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time with no penalty.

2. Project Deposits

Deposits paid to secure a project start date are non-refundable if the client cancels the project after materials have been ordered or work has begun. If MrRoyLLC is unable to begin the project as scheduled due to circumstances on our end, your deposit will be refunded in full.

3. Project Cancellations by the Client

• Before work begins & before materials are ordered: Full deposit refund minus any administrative fees incurred.
• After materials are ordered but before work begins: Deposit minus the cost of materials already ordered.
• After work has begun: Payment is due for all work completed to date. No refund of deposit.

4. Project Cancellations by MrRoyLLC

In the rare event that MrRoyLLC must cancel a scheduled project, we will provide as much notice as possible and issue a full refund of any deposits paid.

5. Online Purchases & Service Packages

Service packages purchased through this website represent a reservation of services. These are subject to the same cancellation terms above once a project agreement has been signed.

6. Refund Process

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
