At MrRoyLLC, we stand behind every project we take on. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns about the work performed, we want to make it right.

Services & Consultations

Because our services involve skilled labor, materials, and project planning, all sales for in-home services are final once work has begun. However, we offer the following protections:

• Consultation Refunds: If you booked a paid consultation and need to cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Workmanship Guarantee: All completed work is backed by our craftsmanship warranty. If an issue arises from our work within 1 year of project completion, we will return to repair it at no additional cost.
• Deposit Cancellations: Project deposits are refundable if cancellation is requested more than 7 days before the scheduled project start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date may forfeit the deposit.

Free Estimates

Our in-home estimates are always free with no obligation. There is no charge if you decide not to move forward with a project.

Emergency Services

Emergency service fees are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched to your location.

Dispute Resolution
